Spending Xmas at this hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with local art adding to the mountain getaway ambiance. What I loved most was the ramp accessibility, which made it easy for my family member who uses wheelchair to move around the hotel with ease, unlike other resorts where accessibility is always a challenge. The location is perfect with stunning views of the Himalayan mountain ranges that provided a breathtaking view of nature's beauty. Also, the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
The breakfast and restaurant food which was quite a letdown. The menu was not as varied as I would have liked, and the food lacked the flavor I was hoping for. It would have been great if they updated their menu urgently to cater to those with different tastes and preferences. However, overall, this hotel was the perfect choice for our Xmas vacation.
